In the vast universe of YouTube, there exists a troubling pattern of problematic behavior among creators. It's time to reflect on our actions and consider how we can improve.

Why do some YouTubers stir up conflicts and expect their peers to simply accept it? It seems that certain creators, particularly within the Black community, often clash over trivial issues. This leads to a cycle of negativity that we should strive to break.
Recently, I’ve come to realize that there will always be material to discuss, as humanity often engages in actions that leave us pondering their true intent.
Now, I want to clarify my reasons for mentioning other YouTubers:
- I genuinely enjoy their content.
- I have reservations about some aspects that don't resonate with me.
Consider this: What would you think if a fellow YouTuber complimented your video, but buried within their praise were veiled insults? Moreover, they invite you to watch their video that critiques you?
I can handle some light shade, but when another YouTuber masks their disrespect behind compliments, it feels disingenuous. If my content isn't to your taste, that’s perfectly fine. But why not be upfront about your feelings instead of playing games?
Naturally, I gave YouTuber A’s video a watch, curious about how their energy might shift on YouTuber B’s channel. While I won't disclose details about the video, it’s not hard to stumble upon their work if you're an avid YouTube viewer.
After watching, I left a comment and discovered that YouTuber B appeared in the video. This prompted me to dive deeper into her channel. Her content is captivating, and her editing skills are far superior to mine. I’m still learning the ropes of being on camera, and I genuinely admire her talent.
Section 1.2: The Importance of Respect
It's not about stifling opinions—I'm quite opinionated myself. However, disrespect shouldn’t be the foundation of any interaction, especially if you want others to support your channel. This kind of behavior is counterproductive to building a community.
What’s baffling is how negative comments can circulate freely in the YouTube ecosystem. If other creators see disrespectful remarks aimed at someone, it could lead to a perception that undermines our collective efforts.
All I’m advocating for is a shift in mindset. Let’s refrain from tearing each other down when we lack constructive feedback. If negativity is all you have to offer, don’t expect people to rally behind your channel. The energy you project matters.
Chapter 2: Finding Inspiration in Positivity
While it’s perfectly fine to draw inspiration from fellow creators, it’s essential to do so without disparaging them first. Share your thoughts candidly, but avoid the passive-aggressive tactics that dilute genuine connections.
The first video features a discussion about problematic creators and the dramas that unfold within the community.
The second video delves into the lengths some YouTubers go for views, highlighting the absurdities in their actions.
In conclusion, let’s take a moment to reflect: how do our comments impact others? Disrespect and networking are two incompatible forces. Can we strive to communicate with more tact and empathy, my fellow creators?
